Refund policy
No money back for returns. Exchange or store credit only. All returns must be returned within 7 days of original delivery date, or within 7 days of available pick up date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, no visible marks or damage and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at AMBERSHOETIQUEinfo@GMAIL.COM. You will be asked send pictures of the item you wish to return along with your order number. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 69 W. 14th St. 2nd fl. Bayonne, Nj 07002. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your return inquiry is accepted, you can use a shipping carrier of your choice. Please be sure to send the tracking info (carrier and tracking number) via email (AMBERSSHOETIQUEinfo@gmail.com) Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, if the carrier leaves a package that was not approved for return, you are responsible for the return shipping fee for that package if you wish to have it returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and mive forward accordingly. Please note, all items are inspected before they are shipped.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Jewelry, gloves, hats, intimate products are non-returnable
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on clearance items or gift cards, they are final sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the item.
Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and have inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, you will receive store credit in the amount of item(s) that was returned. Store credit is sent in the form of an e-gift card. If your return was not approved for store credit, you are responsible for the return shipping fee if you wish to have said item returned to you. If more than 5 days have passed and you have not been notified of your store credit, please contact us at AMBERSHOETIQUE@GMAIL.COM..
